Alaska Inland Passage was our first Cruise on August 10 – 17, 2001.

We were blessed to only take a Ferry across from Victoria BC on Vancouver Island to the Port Of Vancouver (about 35 miles).
It was a scheduled Pacific Coast Lines (Cruise Ship Schedule) Bus Ride where our bags were loaded on the Bus and the next time we saw them was in our Cabin on Celebrity’s Infinity.
It was the first season by Infinity and we were offered a Canadian discount.
Being new to cruising we took a balcony , not realising we would find it difficult to not have a balcony on future cruises.
“” One of the problems we found was charging you for a seven-up (soda/softdrink) on the pool deck or $6.50US for a Hot Chocolate with a mug on the Glacier day, we ignored that offer. “
More to come……. in terms of reflections…
